  • STAGES OF FORMATION

    Candidacy

    Process of discernment with a companion Canossian Sister. The young woman is in touch with the Vocation Promoter and has a process of discernment with an approach
    to the Canossian Community

    Pre-Novitiate (1 or 2 years)
    Process of discernment for those who feel called to follow Jesus in the Canossian way. It consists in making a small breaking off daily life and collaborating in the Canossian Community Ministries.

    Interprovincial Novitiate (2 years)
    Deep stage of discernment of personal vocation.
    It is the time of and fullness.
    It is composed of several experiences to recognize personal fragility and, at the same time, decide from freedom.
     
    Juniorate (6 years)
    Through special formal studies and apostolic work, training In ability to dialogue with the cultures and achieve a critical/positive and flexible mind.

    Preparation for Perpetual Vows (3 months)
    Period similar to the Novitiate in which it deepens and takes root more in the Spirituality and Canossian Charism of Religious Life.
