Canossian Formation is a long and committed process for an entire life. This formation must respond to the demands of Evangelization in a world continually affected by atheism, consumerism, plurality and injustice. It prepare us to be WOMEN of adult faith and women for others, sent to witness the unconditional love of Jesus in any situation even the most difficult.

It is based on RESPONSIBLE FREEDOM discerned from Love, integrating the values that we consider fundamental.

Preparation to be responsible for themselves and the world around us, therefore:
Conscious
Competent
Committed
Compassionate

Women who seek the “greatest good” and try to improve the quality of people’s life, especially the most in need.

Women with a LIFESTYLE brand of “more”, that is:
Live “more” with God
Get out “more” from ourselves
Serve “more” the vulnerable ones

Love “more” in each encounter and love everyone "more" without distinction
Dream “more” with the horizon that Jesus proposes to us with his life
 
LOOKING DIFFERENT from the perspective of the greatest Love. “See” and “Feel” as Jesus saw and felt the Love for the Father and to the world from the Cross, that is, from that “more” proposed by St. Magdalene of Canossa:

“Inwards” (my own identity)
Towards “others” (community and every person)
Toward “around” (the weakest and the society)
Towards “the horizon” (the future of humanity and cosmos)

Our formation emphasizes the International dimension of our Congregation, the assumption of new cultures, the learning of languages, and encourages young people to desire a solid and on-going formation. It trains us to be among the vulnerable people, being in  close, emotional and effective relationships with them, living a simple lifestyle, delivering what we are and what we have.
